Moon's Reflection, a custom commissioned painting for a private buyer in the Northeast US was created as a gift from an uncle to his 1-year old nephew. The painting is a visual interpretation of the name of the boy, Jalendu, which translates to mean "Moon over Water". This meaning led to a use of blues and an abstract representation of a horizon line in the ocean with the moon rising over the water, casting light among the darkness.
